The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) has submitted amendments to several waivers, including the Consolidated, Community Living, and Person/Family Directed Support waivers, to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). These changes, which include updates based on public feedback and the introduction of performance-based contracting, are under CMS review and expected to take effect January 1, 2026.
