AAW Provider Application Checklist (PDF)

This checklist is an optional tool to ensure that enrolling BSASP providers have collected all required documentation prior to submitting an electronic application via the Medical Assistance (MA) Program On-line Provider Enrollment Application. The checklist does not need to be submitted to BSASP or uploaded during enrollment.

Specialized Skill Development Enrollment Instructions (PDF)

This document will guide the provider through the qualifications and enrollment process for Specialized Skill Development, which consists of three components: Behavioral Specialist Services, Systematic Skill Building and Community Support. AAW providers must be qualified for all three components; these three components cannot be enrolled individually.

Spectrum 2.0

The SPeCTRUM 2.0 training course is required for all Adult Autism Waiver (AAW) or Adult Community Autism Program (ACAP) providers, before enrolling as a provider and before providing services.

This training is also designed as a resource for professionals who are supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

Provider Manual

The purpose of this provider manual is:

1 – To communicate the vision and authority of the Bureau of Supports for Autism and Special Populations (BSASP) in using Adult Autism Waiver services to meet the unique needs of adults with ASD and

2 – To communicate the expectation for service delivery to Adult Autism Waiver providers based on the philosophy of the BSASP.
