A document to guide an item analysis of the SIB-R. For adaptive behavior scales, percentiles and those critical items scoring a 0 or 1 should be listed. Scores and descriptions of major problem behaviors in the problem behavior subscale should be listed, as well. This summary report is especially useful to SCs who are developing their first SIB-R, but is not required for all SIB-Rs conducted.  Updated: 10/25/2013
