Communication and Meetings Structure
We have meetings via Zoom quarterly. We try to have a presenter/speaker on each meeting to inform attendees of various things that are beneficial for them to know.
Goals, next steps or actions plans
Increase lifesharing and employment. We have contracted out intake and eligibility so working with the contracted agency to provide information and resources at the first call.

We continue to struggle with getting individuals and families involved consistently. We need to connect with other groups that are already established as this may be helpful.
