Goals, next steps or actions plans
Mission:
The mission of the CPDLL Regional Collaborative for Engaging & Supporting Families is to empower families so they may support self-determination, nurture independence, and foster inclusion for all members. We encourage high expectations for their loved ones’ lives, providing a roadmap that unites families and allies in creating an inclusive and fulfilling everyday life for all.
Goals:
Our goal is to hold bi-monthly ID Committee Meetings and Advisory Board sessions in Dauphin County, gathering feedback from families, individuals, and SOCs to continuously improve our services.
Dauphin County is dedicated to helping individuals secure employment, supporting their transition from high school to college or trade schools. We continue to strengthen our partnerships with Self Advocates United as One (SAU1), the PA Family Network,
Regional Leadership CoP Leads, SOCs, the Capital Area Employment First Steering Committee, and the Office of Developmental Programs (ODP).
