AE holds quarterly Quality Council meetings; virtually or in person at CCHS office building where activities around CoP are discussed with local providers.
AE also attends quarterly meetings for Systems of Care (SOC) as well as Transition Council where AE shares CoP discussion and activities with community partners, local IU5, school districts and OVR.
AE providers the Life Trajectory Tool to all incoming intakes to help the individual and their team plan for their future with their SCO.
