AE QM meetings are held at the Greene County Human Services office building on a quarterly basis where activities around CoP are discussed
Goals, next steps or actions plans
Utilize the network of community members and stakeholders to continuously provide information and resources to families that will help meet their needs and have more family representation and self-advocates involved in the planning processes.
AE/SCO/Provider/DHS/Broad Community Partners Represented within Collaborative:
Greene County AE, Greene County Human Services SCO, providers, OVR, local HCQU, IM4Q are all represented during quality management meetings when development of goals and objectives are discussed.
