National Collaborative for Supporting Families Best Practices Webinar Series
The National Collaborative for Supporting Families invites you to register for its Supporting Families Best Practices Webinar Series. The National Collaborative for Supporting Families’ overall goal is to support families in all their strengths and challenges so they can nurture, love, and create opportunities for their family members to thrive with independence, connection, productivity, and inclusion in every part of community life.
The National Collaborative consists of Communities of Practice throughout the country who are focused on building networks of natural supports and programmatic supports in local communities to improve community participation for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and/or autism. Pennsylvania is an active participant in the National Collaborative and has many communities of practice for supporting families across the Commonwealth.
