Please assist the Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) in sharing the attached informational flyer: ODP’s Division of Quality Management’s QM Spotlight, the second in a series of quarterly publications intended to provide guidance and helpful hints for applying QM principles and best practices. This issue shines a light on how ODP is shifting the QM Plan (QMP) monitoring from “compliance focused” to “person-centered outcomes focused.” Administrative Entities (AEs), Quality Assessment and Improvement (QA&I) reviewers, and anyone who reviews QM plans – including their own – should reference this information as they evaluate QM plans and, at their discretion, distribute the document to all interested parties, as part of our continued effort to build system capacity in effective QM.
