ODP Announcement 22-025: UPDATE Vendor Fiscal Employer Agent (VFEA) Wage Ranges and Benefit Allowance for Specific Participant Directed Services Effective March 1, 2022
The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) requests your assistance in sharing the attached communication, ODPANN 22-025 UPDATE: Vendor Fiscal/Employer Agent (VF/EA) Wages Ranges and Benefit Allowance for Specific Participant Directed Services (PDS) Effective March 1, 2022. Updates appear in red. This Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) communication is intended to provide the hourly wage and benefits ranges for specific PDS for participants utilizing the VF/EA Financial Management Services model, effective March 1, 2022. While the rate setting process resulted in minor decreases to the Upper Bound of the Hourly Wage and Benefits Ranges for several services in Attachment #1, ODP has decided to continue the Upper Bound at the levels that were in effect prior to March 1, 2022 for those services. The Hourly Wage and Benefits Ranges in Attachment #1 have been updated.
