The purpose of this communication is to provide clarification on the Budget and Capacity Letters that were distributed to Administrative Entities on September 18, 2026, and to provide AEs with the link for submission of fiscal year (FY) 2026-2027 first quarter budget and capacity adjustment requests. Requests must be submitted by October 31, 2026.
