The Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) requests your assistance sharing the attached communication, ODPANN 25-049 Functional Behavioral Assessment Documentation Requirements for the Adult Autism Waiver and Adult Community Autism Program. This communication is to notify AAW and ACAP Behavioral Specialists of the requirement to maintain an FBA Summary Report in the file of participants receiving Behavioral Specialist Services (BSS) through the AAW and ACAP and be submitted as part of the Behavioral Specialist Plan review process.
