The Office of Developmental Programs requests your assistance sharing the attached communication, ODPANN 23-036: Guidance: Life Sharing for Individuals with a Medically Complex Condition. Effective June 1, 2022, the approved waiver amendments included expanded eligibility for individuals with a medically complex condition. The Consolidated Waiver amendment specifically included new qualification criteria for Life Sharing providers that render services to individuals with a medically complex condition. This announcement provides additional details on those qualification criteria. Please review the attached announcement for further information and detail.
