The Pennsylvania Developmental Disabilities Council (PADDC) has released its Outlooks Newsletter and Impact Report. The newsletter features a forward from Executive Director Lisa Tesler highlighting the importance of March as disability awareness month, and the Council’s mission of “achieving full integration and inclusion in society for all people with developmental disabilities.”
