The PA Family Network is hosting a series of Virtual Summits unique to each region to allow participants to hear from local experts with resources focused on Long Term Planning and Housing Options. Families and individuals with an intellectual/developmental disability are encouraged to join.

Summits will be held virtually from 9:30 am to 3:30 PM on the following dates:

• Monday, December 12 – Northeast
• Tuesday, December 13 – Southeast
• Wednesday, December 14 – South Central
• Thursday, December 15 – Central
• Friday, December 16 – West
