Disability Pride PA and the Disability Pride Central PA committee are hosting its inaugural Disability Pride Central PA on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at Harrisburg’s Capitol Complex. The celebration will include disability advocates, guest speakers, live performances, food trucks, resource tables, and a parade. The overall goal is to promote the pride felt the disability community, to educate others on what access looks like, and to provide a day where people with disabilities can come together and celebrate who they are, they’re accomplishments, and the work for equality. Pre-registration is required.
