10/26/202210:00 AM – 11:00 AMMoving Forward:  A Comprehensive Approach to Achieving Meaningful Participant Outcomes (VTT)  Session 2:  Role Play Between SC and SC SupervisorSupporting participants with complex needs is challenging. At times you may find yourself feeling stuck. How can you move past barriers when you are trying to identify effective strategies to address participant risk and needs? How can you utilize existing resources and individual data in a way that is useful? This is the second training in a series that will focus on the conversations that Supports Coordinators are encouraged to have with their supervisors to determine next steps in the planning process for individuals in our programs. Role playing will be utilized to illustrate what these problem-solving conversations may look like in real time. It is not required to have attended the first training in this series.  A brief recap will be provided. Although this training will include reference to AAW and ACAP assessments, all ODP providers are welcome to attend.AAW and ACAP providers
