In this session ODP will provides an overview of the proposed changes to the 3 intellectual disability/autism (ID/A) waivers effective October 1, 2019. The overview was followed by a period for questions and answers and conclude with time to accept public comments on the proposed waiver changes. Sessions were held on June 20th and June 24th. 

Interested persons are invited to submit written comments regarding the proposed waiver amendments as outlined below. Comments received by 11:59 p.m. on July 8, 2019 will be reviewed and considered for revisions to the waiver amendments submitted to CMS.
