The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) is seeking proposals from entities/organizations with applicable service experience to help establish relationships that strengthen PCA’s ability to connect with, better understand the needs of, and to support individuals with disabilities.

This Request for Proposals was developed to support projects that engage and cultivate deeper relationships, strengthen access, and promote the involvement of historically under-resourced and under-represented individuals with disabilities.
